Refund and  Exchange Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Please send an email to [email protected] with order number and reason for return.

You will then receive a return label to the email used for the order.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, your refund will be processed, if eligible. Refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to sizing, send us an email at [email protected] with the exchange details. 

You will then receive a return label to the email used for the order.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will ship out the exchange item, if eligible.
